Privacy and enquiry handling
This page explains how information submitted through this website is handled. For questions or requests about your information, email enquiries@lnvprofessionals.com.au.
Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and message. Phone number and business type are optional. We use this information to understand your request and communicate with you about it.
Please share only what is needed for the initial conversation. Do not include passwords, payment details or confidential client records in the enquiry form.
How the enquiry reaches us
The website and form endpoint are hosted by Vercel. Form submissions are sent through Resend to our enquiries email address. Our email setup uses Google services and forwards enquiries to a mailbox managed by L&V. These providers process information as part of hosting, delivery and email handling.
Providers may process or store information outside Australia. Their handling is governed by their service terms and privacy policies: Vercel, Resend and Google.
Website connections and technical records
Visiting the website involves sending technical information such as your IP address and browser request to the hosting provider. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts. These services may keep technical records under their own policies.
The site does not currently include an advertising tracker or a separate marketing sign-up. Sending an enquiry is not a subscription to a marketing mailing list.
Retention, access and questions
Enquiries can remain in our email records while we respond, follow up and retain relevant business correspondence. This website does not provide an automatic deletion schedule or a self-service account for managing enquiries.
To ask about information you have sent, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email enquiries@lnvprofessionals.com.au. We may need to confirm your identity before discussing or changing personal information. Tell us which enquiry your request concerns.
This page describes the website enquiry process. Any separate project involving business data should have its data-handling arrangements agreed for that engagement.
